What I'm reading: I am reading News of the World by Paulette Jiles. Once in a while a book comes along that is so good, I read or listen to it again with my husband. This one is so good it is worth a second read. Highly recommended.
What I'm writing: I am jotting down ideas on the town since I’m struggling with my plot. I’m reading John Truby’s The Anatomy of Story. It is really helpful.
What I'm watching: I am watching the Poirot Series on Amazon Prime. It’s been fun to see how this series improved and developed. We are on season six right now.
What's happening in the garden: We are in the middle of a snow storm right now so I enjoy watching the different shapes the hibernating shrubs take.
The quote I'm thinking about: You know, a dog can snap you out of any kind of bad mood that you’re in faster than you can think of. - Jill Abramson. I might add, and so can a dog playing in the snow.
